2.1. What to Do When P:\ Does Not Map With a Remote Desktop Connection (Windows 7)

 

Start the Juniper Networks Network Connect Client or login to https://vpn.uconn.edu

 

 

When connected you will see a padlock icon with two green blinking dots .

 

 

Open your remote desktop protocol (RDP) session

 

 

 

Double Click on My Computer

 

If the P:\ did not map click the Windows Desktop Start Button and search for and click Run in the Start Menu.

 

 

Enter \\business.uconn.edu\netlogon\SBLOGIN_2.2.3.vbs and click the OK button.

 

 

When prompted, click the Open button

 

 

Return to My Computer and the P:\ will have mapped.
