- Open a web browser and go to https://www.outlook.com/biz.uconn.edu

-Temporary password
Capitalized First letter of your first name or preferred name AND the capitalized first letter of your last name PLUS your PeopleSoft number AND an exclamation mark.
–An example: John Dough has a PeopleSoft number of 123456 so his new temporary password will be: JD123456!

Please include your full name, your PeopleSoft ID, and specifics regarding any error messages you have revieved.
- Provide the necessary account information to activate the account:
- Log into https://www.outlook.com/biz.uconn.edu
using firstname.lastname@biz.uconn.edu as your username and your new password
- Accept the agreement
